Boy gets cornered to take care of and entertain girl so that her friend can hit on his friend with a clear conscience. Boy and girl hang out. Girl's pesky red-headed friend pressures girl to ask for boy's number. She does. They date. They fall head over heels in love and have a bouncing, beautiful, "Beastie" of a daughter, who's haircut resembles that of Little Critter.
